As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via SMS; however, please note that it remains the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no shows”), may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This is because your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and late cancellations often cannot be filled at short notice.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment.

Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be asked to pay a deposit or booking fee for future appointments.
