Cancellations, Late Arrivals and 'No Shows'

 

 

Sacred Willow require A FULL 24 HOURS' NOTICE if you are unable to attend your treatment

As a courtesy we will send an SMS message to you to confirm your appointment, however, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time

​

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment, from the time you make your appointment that time with your therapist is set aside for only you, this means that if someone else requests that time and therapist, it is unavailable and we cannot allow them to make that particular booking

​

Please be aware that like you, our time is precious; a cancellation less than 24 hours or a 'no show' will result in 50% of the service fee being charged to you as we may not be able to fill the appointment time that was set aside for you

​

We reserve the right to ask for a deposit on future bookings if previous appointments are missed or cancelled within less than 24 hours

​

To prevent delays in the salon if you are late for your appointment we do require a telephone call; if you are 15 minutes late or more, this will be considered as a 'no show' and your appointment may be forfeited and given to another client

​

If you do arrive late please be aware that you may not receive your full service to the standard Sacred Willow wishes to provide as your late arrival may result in the next client waiting and may continue to impact upon service throughout the rest of the day

​

A 'no show' client will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee for all future appointments. If this appointment needs to be rescheduled we ask that our 24 hour policy is followed.
