We aim to ensure that every guest has the best opportunity to have a relaxing and highly professional service in a friendly and courteous atmosphere. To achieve this we would ask all our clientelle to keep in mind the following etiquette tips;

ARRIVAL

If you are a new client please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your client consultation form and to ensure that your treatment starts on time so you can enjoy your treatment without having to rush

For any future appointments please arrive a few minutes early, if you arrive late; time could be deducted from your appointment, late arrivals will not receive an extension and treatments will end on time so that other clients are not kept waiting

HEALTH CONCERNS

We want you to enjoy a safe, nurturing and relaxing experience at Sacred Willow; if you have a medical condition such as allergies, asthma or high blood pressure, certain treatment may have to be modified for you or may not be appropriate, please take the time to throughly read and complete the consultaion form, thank you

If you are taking certain medications, have recently had an operation or illness, have a medical condition including being in cancer remission or have allergies, it is advisable to consult your doctor before booking treatments 

 

During pregnancy there are a few treatments that should be avoided; however, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed, if in doubt please ask our therapists who have been trained to know under what circumstances a treatment should not proceed, when to refer a client to a doctor and what alternative treatments can be recommended

We do not wish to disappoint; however your health and well-being are always our priority, if you have any concerns at all, please let us know

If at any time during your treatment you experience discomfort please alert your therapist immediately

CLIENT COMFORT

Don't worry if you're feeling nervous and are not sure what to expect, our therapists are always happy to help and are here to make your experience at Sacred Willow enjoyable

 

During treatments, therapists are well trained in the art of draping to respect modesty at all times, clients are requested to wear suitable attire at all times during their treatments

 

If you have any questions; please just ask, our staff will be only too happy to help

CHILDREN

The staff at Sacred Willow love children, some of us even have a few, however, we ask that you make child care arrangements and do not bring children under the age of 11 with you to your appointment

 

Many clients look forward to their salon experience as personal pampering time and even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment

 

Our insurance does also not cover us for having young children on the premises

 

Please respect this policy and accept our appreciation for your understanding and adherence

 

MOBILE PHONES

We would kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched to silent to enable everyone to enjoy their salon experience at Sacred Willow, thank you

 

PERSONAL PREFERENCES

We strive to provide the highest standard of treatments; please let your therapist know if there is any way that they can improve your treatment or comfort so that they may make any necessary changes for you, for example; deeper or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, different lighting etc 

 

You may relax for a while once your treatment has been completed, but please be aware that the treatment rooms need to be prepared for the next client once you have left the salon

 

CLIENT CONDUCT
Our therapists reserve the right to stop a treatment at any time if they deem a client's behaviour to be inappropriate
